Electric scooters HOPR, BIRD, LIME, & SPIN are meant to help increase mobility around downtown. They provide more access to public transportation and eliminate the use of cars for short-distance trips. Scooters are available across the Water Street Tampa neighborhood and downtown Tampa and can be utilized via mobile app.
