COOKFOX, PRIMARY ARCHITECT

Designed by COOKFOX and developed by Strategic Property Partners, Thousand & One is a 20-story commercial office space inspired by the native ecology of Florida, its architecture and industry. Connecting the rich, natural beauty of the region to the workplace, Thousand & One features double-story planted terraces carved into the building, simultaneously creating spaces for daily refuge while framing views of the water. Anchored by four retail storefronts, and distinguished by the cypress root design adorned upon its façade, Thousand & One dramatically activates its local context.
