An Unforgettable Stay on the Waterfront
The Tampa Marriott Water Street hotel recently finished an extensive renovation to its 727 guest rooms and public spaces with NBWW Architects and The Johnson Studio. Reimagined spaces include the lobby, 39,000 square feet of meeting space, and the 34 new “Stay Well” rooms.
Enriching the lifestyle offerings within the hotel and Water Street Tampa, the Marriott Water Street has partnered with national restauranteur Richard Sandoval to elevate the food and beverage options. This includes Garrison Tavern, a contemporary take on the gastropub, as well as Anchor and Brine, a terrace bar and restaurant just steps from the Tampa Riverwalk.
The redesigned rooms are spacious, streamlined and sophisticated with new modern layouts and private balconies. There are plenty of amenities for guests to enjoy such as the rooftop pool, fitness center, and water activities.
Guests seeking an ideal venue for business meetings or weddings will be delighted with their options. Together with the JW Marriott Tampa, the two hotels will form the largest collection of hotel rooms and meeting space in the Tampa Bay area, with 1,246 rooms and 150,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including the region’s largest hotel ballroom at 30,000 square feet.
