Lunch Lady

Lunch Lady is a locally owned fast-casual restaurant which offers creative alternatives to classic sandwiches and salads, featuring pressed sandwiches, salads, juices and teas all made from scratch in-house. Lunch Lady’s bread is supplied locally and the restaurant also offers vegan and vegetarian options. 

Lunch Lady is an elevated sandwich restaurant from Proper House Group. Proper House Group is co-owned by 2017 James Beard Foundation semifinalist Chef Ferrell Alvarez, restaurateur Ty Rodriguez and entrepreneur Chon Nguyen, and is behind several of the region’s most highly regarded restaurants, including Rooster & the Till (2022 Michelin Bib Gourmand Recipient) and Nebraska Mini Mart in Seminole Heights.
