The Cumberland Garage murals are colorful and artfully designed illustrations which depict local Florida plant species floor by floor. Some of the represented species include Florida orchids, sea grapes, live oaks, and magnolias.

Water Street Tampa partnered with Dylan Mierzwinksi of Dylan M Illustration & Surface Design to create the illustrations which were painted by local muralists CAPco. These murals embellish the interior spaces of the Cumberland Garage to provide easy wayfinding for residents and visitors of the Water Street Tampa neighborhood while energizing and beautifying the interior spaces of the building.
