This year, Water Street takes on a darker character with Whispers After Dark, an evening inspired by the gothic allure of 18th Century New Orleans and the intrigue of the night. As darkness falls, the neighborhood transforms into a world of shadows, sounds, and immersive encounters, where the line between the living and the mysterious begins to blur.

Guests are invited to wander, explore and discover an after dark experience that feels equal parts elegant, enigmatic and unexpected.

Best of all, wear a costume or come as you are, it's open to the public and a free event for the living!

When the sun goes down, eerie melodies, fortune tellers and creatures of the night will take over six distinct locations across the neighborhood. Prepare for an evening of tingly feelings on the back of your neck as deathly experiences are brought to life!

Whispers After Dark is a one-night only Halloween experience that begins at 6 PM on Wednesday, October 28 and ends at 9:30 PM. Guests are free to come and roam the streets as they please throughout the evening.
Location
Whispers takes place along Water Street and surrounding pocket parks and plazas with a ticketed experience that includes specific indoor areas or other spaces that are for ticket holders only.
