In addition to local vendors, enjoy public art and live entertainment throughout the neighborhood including unique community art programs in partnership with local non-profits and rotating artisans. This month’s market will feature experiences and activities that celebrate Black History Month.

+ Feel the rhythm of the soul as soul music fills the air in Raybon Plaza, creating an electric atmosphere that promises to uplift your spirits and ignite your senses.
+ Prepare to be amazed by the incredible talent on display as local Black artists paint live. Witness creativity unfold in real-time and marvel at the beauty brought to life with each stroke of the brush.
+ Be sure to catch the captivating performances of the Kuumba Dancers and Drummers with pop-up dance performances at 11am, 12pm, and 1pm that give life to traditional African culture. Infusing the event with energy and rhythm.
+ Participate in the Paper Chain of Unity’ Community Art! In this interactive craft, kids will use strips of construction paper in diverse colors to symbolize the richness of our community. They’ll be encouraged to write or draw messages promoting unity, equality, and kindness on each strip. As the strips are linked together to form a vibrant paper chain, it becomes a powerful visual representation of strength through unity, echoing the spirit of solidarity and togetherness celebrated during Black History Month.
