Sundays start fresh with The Market at Water Street Tampa. Join us to shop 60+ local food and wellness-focused vendors with an array of fresh, local, homemade, handcrafted, fair-trade, vintage or eco-friendly products.
Join us for our Back to School celebration at The Market at Water Street Tampa! This event combines education, community support, and creative exploration.
+ Support our Stuff the Bus School Supply Drive in partnership with Hillsborough Education Foundation (HEF) to help local students start the school year with the necessary tools for success. No need to bring supplies—visit our pop-up shop in Raybon Plaza to purchase pre-built supply kits. By supporting HEF, you’ll be contributing to students’ academic success.
+ Get the details on school lunches with local nutritionist Wendy Wesley as she provides tips for healthy school lunches and snacks. She will demonstrate simple and delicious recipes, and Market attendees will have the chance to sample these nutritious treats.
+ Meet H.U.G. (Help Us Grow) as they are on-site showcasing their programs, which focus on providing mentorship, academic support, and personal development opportunities for students in our community. Learn about their initiatives and how they are making a difference in our community.
+ The Hillsborough County Elementary Music Educators Council (HCEMEC) will also be joining us. Formed by local music specialists, HCEMEC is dedicated to fostering musical growth and development for all students in Hillsborough County. They work with businesses and organizations to support music teachers and students through grants, professional learning, and performance opportunities. At the event, HCEMEC will offer an instrument petting zoo, allowing children to explore and experience different musical instruments.
+ At 11:00 a.m., don’t miss a special pop-up performance by the Mitchell Elementary School World Drummers, led by their Music Director, Mrs. Samantha Snow. This talented group of young musicians will bring an energetic and inspiring performance that’s sure to be a highlight of the day.
