+ Enjoy fun, interactive games including outdoor Jenga, Shut the Box, Hook and Ring and more as you awaken your inner child while enjoying the whole of our neighborhood.

+ Test your knowledge with Speed Trivia, a new spin on the classic bar game. Put those random fun facts to work as you demonstrate full command of all of the crazy trivia stored in your head. And stop by the Blocks game to build your real life tetris blocks set while competing for the win.

+ Tasty Water Street Tampa food and beverages can be enjoyed throughout the neighborhood, including a bar from Small Giant and Wine on Water.

+ Indulge in a delicious and educational experience at Dwell Home Market as you pair select wines and chocolates from Hampton Chocolate Factory.
