Enjoy an evening of live music on Water Street! Our resident artist, Chris Sgammato, will be performing every Friday throughout the month of April near the entrance of Dwell & Company. Whether you’re strolling through the neighborhood, shopping, or dining at one of Water Street Tampa’s incredible restaurants, let the music set the tone for a perfect night out.

About the Artist

Chris Sgammato is a multi-instrumentalist musician, teacher, producer, and composer from Tampa, Florida. He has extensively toured the U.S. with a variety of ensembles and proudly fronts the indie-funk fusion quartet Displace. He has recorded and released dozens of compositions with a variety of artists spanning an eclectic and diverse array of genres.

His music school has helped thousands of aspiring young artists to play on the same stages their professional teachers are regular performers at, while producing several hundred original student compositions for digital worldwide release.

Sgammato’s solo shows are an unpredictable assortment of whatever instruments and configurations he feels like playing that day; simple solo singer/songwriter, live loop one-man-band, or a full-on completely improvised set with crowd feedback and homemade instruments – each show is a profoundly unique experience.
