Official Rules for the EMOTO x Water Street Tampa Electric Bike Giveaway
ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of participating businesses, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER
Entry is free; no purchase is necessary. Participants may enter through the following methods:
Social Media Entry: Follow all participating businesses on Instagram and Facebook, like the giveaway post, and tag three friends in the comments.
In-Person Entry: Visit a participating retailer location, scan the QR code displayed, and complete the entry form by providing your first name, last name and email address.
ENTRY PERIOD
The giveaway begins on [Start Date] at [Start Time] and ends on [End Date] at [End Time]. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
PRIZE
One (1) grand prize winner will receive an electric bike (retail value: $2717.70) and a bundle of gift cards/vouchers from participating businesses (grand total value: $2,912.70). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The drawing will take place on [Drawing Date]. The winner will be notified via the email address or Instagram handle provided during entry within 72 hours. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the timeframe, another winner may be selected.
PUBLICITY
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
DISQUALIFICATION
Entries that do not meet all requirements or contain incomplete/inaccurate information will be disqualified. Use of bots or fraudulent methods to enter is strictly prohibited.
PRIVACY
Participant information collected during the giveaway will only be used for purposes of the giveaway and other promotional communications through Water Street Tampa. Recipients can opt-out of email communications at any time.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Strategic Property Partners LLC, Water Street Tampa LLC, EMOTO Supply Co., all participating businesses, Instagram, and Facebook from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Applicable Laws: This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
